1. Fresh & Perishable Products

Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy and other perishable goods are non-returnable once delivered.

If any item is damaged, spoiled or incorrectly supplied, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos.

After verification, we will provide a suitable replacement or process a refund for the affected items.
2. Non-Perishable Products

Non-perishable items may be returned within 3β5 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or adjusted in the next invoice for regular trade customers.
4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not applicable for perishable goods.
