3. Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on market fluctuations.

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Transportation or delivery charges may apply separately.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be as mutually agreed, including advance payment or credit terms.

  • Delayed payments may attract interest or late fees as per agreement.

  • Ownership of goods remains with Farm Store Private Limited until full payment is received.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or external factors.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery.

6. Quality & Claims

  • Any quality related claim must be raised within 24 hours for perishable goods and within 3–5 days for non-perishable goods.

  • Claims must be supported with proper evidence.

  • Resolution may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted for perishable goods.

8. Limitation of Liability

Farm Store Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products supplied.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions or market shortages.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
