1. Fresh & Perishable Products

  • Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy and other perishable goods are non-returnable once delivered.

  • If any item is damaged, spoiled or incorrectly supplied, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos.

  • After verification, we will provide a suitable replacement or process a refund for the affected items.

2. Non-Perishable Products

  • Non-perishable items may be returned within 3–5 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or adjusted in the next invoice for regular trade customers.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not applicable for perishable goods.
